A beautiful linen jacket that’s a unique, one-of-a-kind design by Maggie Jackson of Maggiknits, adapted by Knittingbag to use Maggiknits authentic Irish Linen.
Notice the lacy stitch and tiny ruffle at the back, the dolman sleeves, and the body textured with her inventive “Tube Stitch”. The bolero is knit sideways, cuff to cuff, and stitch patterns are very easy to work, as is the shaping and finishing.
Those who have not yet been introduced to Maggiknits from Belfast can read Maggie’s success story at Maggi's website. She is one of the most accomplished knitting designers in the world, whose work gets accolades for design excellence.
